Background

I am an effective leader with a successful track record of helping customers adopting technology to achieve their business-critical product lifecycle management goals. business-critical goals.  I started my career at IBM Europe as a business & technology strategy consultant, assign to top retail and technology customers, to help them build global supply chains leveraging IBM professional services and engineering.

Then I spent 10 years building product lifecycle management software solutions that scale, including foundational, market-leading environmental compliance software. Product management leadership further empowered me to make customer success a core operating principle. I am an expert at discerning complex case studies, usability design, agile methodology, building business cases, and obtaining executive buy-in.

More recently, I help premium companies build business cases and then adopt PLM across processes and systems. Using my business process and software orchestration skills, I help them refine their strategy, obtain buy in, and project manage the implementation, data migration and rollout. I am a discreet business partner, which is key for competitive reasons. Besides English, I occasionally have the opportunity to work with clients in fluent German, Dutch and French.
